A Stray

" A Stray "
10-04-2017

To become strong is to become weak. As so strength is also weakness. The gain of strength through faith, is to hope when weakened.
My LORD has allow me to be weakened, so that I may regain my strength through faith. For through greed, I have once more lost my faith. My thirst for pleasure, allow me to drink from the cup of envy. The sweetness a bitter taste of life.
A passion of success, striving for economic growth. I have fail under the spell of my wants, letting materialism fill my heart with hatred.
In which that I sacrificed to acquire, I lost hope trying to obtain. I pursued negativity anger became the lust of my soul. I trusted confusion earning thoughts of disbelief.
I was deceived by selfishness, which lead to my despair. My joy seem to only come in the form of sadness. I praise the feeling of loneliness abandoning happiness. Scorned by the gladness of self inflicted grief, the weariness of my worrying, creates the illusion of pain.
Am I allow to ask for forgiveness, for so I have willing chose to stray. Silently with my head lain in my bosom, my heart sing and pray.
Oh Father, my GOD, LORD and Savior let thy light shine upon my soul, so that your mercy be guidance. Reward my arrogance with discipline so may that I may know your love. Teach I the purpose of living so that I may accept the punishment of my blessings. I know that I am a weaken vessel destroyed by my own understanding. That which I yearned to know was the grief I understood. To have misconcieved your wisdom, I strayed from the knowledge prayer. For that I have condemn myself.
Forgive my tongue, I only spoke from anger, so that you may hear me. My soul scream but it seems your ears were to blind to listen.
It was I who didn't care to hear, because I feared the change. I was afraid to be better, that forgot who that I was. Because I was trying to become whom I became.
