Taken

Stripped away from your home
Your family you have forsaken
You left me all alone

I pleaded for you to stop!
Continue legitimately!
You couldn't, you were on top.
You loved your profession intimately,
Sometimes more than your own family.
Now forced to be a man,
I must conquer this insanity.
Yet I have no specific plan.

You plead with the judge for amnesty
“The crimes involve no violence”
He is not convinced
All he provided was his absolute silence
He proclaims “No bail!”
You are to be in jail
Sleep in a cell
With only unfamiliar male

These god forsaken walls
You wish you could scale
You get harassed in the stalls
Although, in your mental you thrive

Your only feeling of being alive
Is when you see the sun surpass the hills
Your eyes see this through the fracture
In the flimsy structure

You are deemed an obstructer,
When will you arrive at my door?
I will never know
But I image you deprived, and poor
I get chills surging through me as I type
Tears fill my soulless eyes
Soulless due to the one that was taken from me
My father; the one of eternal lies
