Daddy why are those cars backed up for miles
To get a test for Corona Virus in little vile
Mommy what are all those cars around the block
To get charitable food to place in their crock
Sister why are all those people standing in line
To save democracy and voting party line
Brother why are all those people screaming
It just trump and Biden dreaming
Teacher why can’t I come to school
To jeopardize your health would be very cruel
Granny why can’t I come for Thanksgiving
Because the virus could stop me from living
Mr President why is the world gone mad
I haven’t a clue and that’s so bloody sad
