Cain's Fate

I was cold and cloth less,
But the sun stared at my weak body miserly.
I was hot and melting,
But the moon withheld It's cool bitterly.
I travelled alone in the dark,
But there was not one star to shimmer.
I tried to cross the river,
But it's torrents roared in anger.
Each time I bent to drink,
It became black, brackish, bubbling water.
When I came to the sea,
It rose and parted in hatred for me see.
Even the high hills,
Spared me no restoring views.
Valleys merged with desert,
Cuddle cats with tigers.
Greens at my back slashed.
They spoke the same thing,
Go back to your creator and it shall be well with thee.
