ROSES ARE BLACK AND FLOWERS ARE BLUE
WE NEVER KEEP TRACK OF THE THINGS THAT ARE TRUE
SMALL FLASH BACK TO THE MEMORIES THAT WERE FEW
A KISS UPON MY NECK, QUITE WARM LIKE STEW

SUMMERS ARE COLD AND WINTERS ARE HARD
TEXTING SO BOLD BUT WE WORLDS APART
EMOTIONS WE HARDLY EVER SHOW, TRAPPED DEEP IN OUR HEARTS
PURE FEELINGS THAT ARE GOLD, THROWN TO THE DARK

SUN SHINING SO DULL AND THE MOON BEAMING BRIGHT
GETTING LOST IN THE DAY AND FINDING OUR SOULS AT NIGHT
HOLDING ON TO PAIN AND FEELING ALIVE
I SILENTLY PRAY..WE GON’ BE ALRIGHT

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
