Everyday

Everyday there is a struggle that I wish wasn't there.
Like when someone you love has cancer, and they start to lose their hair.

Everyday there is love, that I wish I always felt.
But when I can't, it feels like my heart inside is starting to melt.

Everyday there is family, and they won't always be around.
I have to try to spend the time before they go underground.

Everyday there is a burden, that I wish wasn't on my shoulders.
I swear if I write all of them down, it would fill one hundred folders.

Everyday there is a song stuck it my head, from things I can hardly remember.
Like from a funeral that I went to once in late December.

Everyday there is a friend, who is always there to support Me.
Even when I make a decision, where everyone disagrees.

There are always going to be things in your life Everyday...
