Modern Days Psalm 23

The Lord is my contractor
He supplies my tools
He let's me choose green pastures
He shows me great horizons
He renews my permits
He allows a floral archway entrance
To ascend joyous scent unto heaven
Even when the inspector
 gawks and delays
I remain steadfast & calm
For you are in my foundation
Your devining rod provides
clean water to flow
You grew apple & peach trees
for the health department
to partake and share with the zoning
 board
You honor me by anointing my head
with fallen apples
My mailbox overflows with credit card offers
Certainly your wisdom & approval
will help me choose the best ones
So all the days of my life I
can stay in the house of the Lord
forever.
