Star

The world begin without prejudice and judgement,
Only boundless freedom,
When everyone walks into the world,
They have given a guide,

Countless as everyone,
Their guides were scattered in sky,
They we’re like tiny glitters,
Some are bright; some are dim, still they shine,

Some days, ones’ guide is bright,
Other day, it is dim for it is covered with clouds,
But then again it may be dim or maybe so bright,
But none of them have lost their light,

At this moment your guide maybe dim,
And to them could be so bright,
But that does not mean you have lost your light,
That you have lost your star,

No matter how dark the night is,
When the clouds unveil and paved way,
Stars will always shine,
And you are one with a star,

So walk with your light,
Cause nothings wrong with loving who you are,
Until the world is back without prejudice and judgement,
Keep on your mind that you got a star with you name on it,

Dona, your poem is so beautifully inspiring. I admire your thoughtful poetic expression, and especially; "And you are one with a star,/So walk with your light," -that is so exquisite! I wish we lived in a world without prejudice and judgement.. that would be heaven on Earth. Lovely poetry. Warmest wishes.. ~Susan
