Prisi (Nursery Crime)

Quiet while I take attendance
But there's one missing all this week
Make a call to the parents
Send someone over

The cop said it was abandoned
There's no sign of the family
But the father was a madman
A coward's cover

Lights off in
In the attic She's sleeping
Stone cold dead

The place smells like a landfill
And the power's been off for weeks
They said they found her in the attic
Her life is over

So you silence your daughter
And discard her so aimlessly
Theres' no way for you to fight it
The charge is murder

Lights off in
In the attic she's sleeping
Lost, found, dead

Alone
With her frozen eyes
That you left for the world to see
While a child lies
In a criminals
Nursery all alone
With a silent cry
For the rest of her life she screams
When the fire dies
In a criminals
Nursery all alone

This has a growing pain with its progression. SOmething we all have heard or seen, but really fear to examine closely. You bring it forard with a clarity that is frightening. Very well done
