Strong

If you've ever stared at the mirror too long
you are strong
If you've ever ran the water so your parents couldn't hear
you are strong
If you've ever walked the hallways crouched down
you are strong
If you've ever pressed to hard on your skin
you are strong
If you've ever pushed away the plate
you are strong
If you've ever cried on the bathroom floor about the boy who chose her
you are strong
If you've ever gotten up after you've been pushed this hard
you are strong
I am so proud of you
