Broken Hearted

I watch him
Stare at her
I wonder
What does she have that I don’t?
Why does he want her?
Why am I not good enough?
What did I do?
I watch my best friend
And the one I’ve loved for so long
Talk
Laugh
Smile
Be happy
Something I haven’t had
Something I haven’t done
Something that I want
But something
I’ll never get

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.

Molly, I suspect that the one you find will be even better. If you are a true friend, you should be happy for your friend:)

Straight from the heart, I like that and trust me, you will find the love you seek as long as you stay open. Namaste.
