You'Re Better

Did you know
you breath better
in daydreams.

You relax
just like in your sleep.
Take fuller breaths.
Let your muscles slack.

You're breathing better.

And dreaming
is okay.
You don't have to
stay in the present
all the time.

Dream, beautiful,
Dream.

This is so true, to leave reality for a few moments and dream of something other than what is weighing you down. Your poem is an easy breath of fresh air.
