Strange

It's been quite sometime since last I've seen your face
The outline that frames you
Hardly recognized in mind
Familiar only to your hollow eyes, engraved deep within the cold flesh you once were born warm.
That much i recall...

How i long to press against them with my fingers
Forbidden to see our futures presence
Forbidden are you to see the light

Lack of strength
So fractured
They fevered
My hands couldn't hold...us

Push against them
Push back
Black holes
Could this fill the void?

Physicality of violence  could never measure to the internal inferno that sways in constant motion
In truth, it gravely burns

Whiplash
Triggered moments
Marking the idea that if only these sentiments were yern in a vase instead
That, i would very much like

In the process of  healing
Your character fades
Flickering from time to time
But progressively fades
So very strange..

Half widow
And half alive
Over grieving
Too far,
Discomfort
Pay no mind to rain

Into the haze
We've lost touch
Denying to fathom
How very strange
That i once loved.
