It's Okay

It's ok to remember me.
It's ok to think about the texture of my voice.
Its ok dear...
Touch me in your dreams
Those velvet palms are still etched against your heart
My soul is breathing through your accomplishments
Your smile reserves my fears.
I left you. I had hoped to exist fleshly longer.
But the calling of heaven lay stronger.
I did not stream against and wonder
I did not go to without contemplating others.
I had to forgive myself and give you help without inner torture.
You are my daughter, my Godly splendour
My marvel of majesty and natures grandeur
So again, I want you to know... it's okay
It's okay to miss me when the sun shines
I was yours and you are still mine.
It's okay to think about me and your heart aches.
Your voice breaks. Your smile fakes.
It's okay to remember me.
To feel me when you're happy...
