Serenity

Either you are running from yourself
Or you are chasing something else
or you are stuck up in a shelve
Nobody hears when you shout
Or at the top,
You wonder how it be when you drop
Or at the bottom and you wonder how to make it to the top
You are almost there but the weight makes you want to stop
Believe if you have to live
Give if you have to receive
Love truly if it has to be real
Forgive it changes how you feel
Hearts are broken when their words are spoken
Hearts are strengthened when their walls are shaken
Would there be healing if there was never a loss
Whats the point of being happy when you never shed tears
Whats the point of being brave when you never face your own fears
Jealousy hate and anger destroys us
Pride greed and lust devours us
Peace love and hope builds us
Patiently i wait to feed the eggs that i nest
To live wise and anticipate life at its worst
Looking at the rear
Memories that i cannot even bear
Its not about what could had been
But the best that can happen
Either you throw away or you keep
Either you do away or you heed
More haste less speed
But we are dwelling in a stampede
Dreams shatter as life proceeds
Dreams feed on passion and every word that the bible seeds
Love crafted within my soul
Is bold enough to face this world
Through trials and tribulations i thrive to stand tall
So when i fall i will rise wise than that of me before
Not by my might but by the grace of the Almighty
Above the pain, misery and tears,, what i have gained i will forever cherish in my memory
My plea for serenity."
