One Day
One day you'll claim victory over every fight,
Every battle you fought on restless nights-
One day you'll see the weapon that was needed,
had been there all along-
He was there on your weakest days-
and gave you strength to go on-
One day you'll tell others about your victory,
how he carried you off the battlefield-
One day everything will be okay-
I want you to know,
as I write this poem for you-
When you put your faith and trust in Jesus,
Your battles are already won.
