Cleansing Rains

The midnight silence was broken,
the peace had gone.
My consciesness had been awoken.
Drizzles of water beat against the roofs.
The likeness of a stampede,
roaring a thousand hoofs.
The window had veins of streams running down.
Flashes of light illuminated the town.
In the most darkest of hours,
the moon's light spilled over.
Refreshing was the watch,
for the land was not sober.
Everywhere the drops splashed it had been polluted.
Love and goodness,
justice and mercy,
Had all been dilluted.
The ground shook with every furious thunder,
nothing could hide above,
nothing could hide under.
All forms of filth the waters washed away,
The Earth would live to breath another day.
The storms from heaven are the tears of sins pain.
Bath yourself in repetance,
and be showered by God's cleansing rains.
