The Bus Stop In La
Waiting for the bus at a bus stop in LA
Sitting next to this guy who is clearly insane
Obviously homeless by the dirt on his face
But what problem came first his life now or The condition of his brain
Could this all of been prevented if someone just knew His pain
Was it a doctor lack of care that's truly to blame
This has torn me up inside it could happen to anyone just the same
All it would take is a situation that could cause an everlasting change
I'm sure he once had family that would be full with Shame
Feeling crazy themselves with no solution for his ways
I don't want to be that person who's lost miserable and mentally going away
Who people just think is a lost cause and not worth the waste
Where all it possibly would've took to save
Was medication and treatment to end his terror reign
But instead he's just another person who is insane
And I sit next to some homeless guy at a bus stop in LA
