New Love, Old Flame

Once upon a time, you were wishing I was your love
Time went on and we went separate ways with someone else
Distance was so far away , but always wondering where I was
One fine night at a BINGO , I was there with my sister
Standing up talking to your parents and sister
You walked in and saw me, took me by surprise
Stood there and hugged me and kissed me in front of a crowd
The expression on my face was priceless
You spoke to me and said " you mean you don't know me ?
I replied " I don't think so, with your shades and black leather jacket
I was sort of shocked but it felt good
You removed your glasses and I said "oh my god, is that you Roy "?
You said " yes it sure is " wow you look great Darlene and so do you Roy it's been years since i seen you
At one time, I used to see you all the time at the baseball game and at our house when you came there with dad
Yes it was a Hi and Bye greeting , but i never forgot you girly
It's been too long, wow ! Am so glad to see you
Later on that month I got a message VIA facebook to call him
I did and from that first conversation it developed in a loving relationship
Now were married for 4 years and very happy
