Are You An Over-Worrier Too

As a child, I WAS. . . as I still am today. . .over-sensitive. . .too overly concerned about other’s opinions of me. . .too overly worried about what COULD happen versus what in almost all cases. . .WILL happen.

But does that sound familiar?

Who are you? Are you an ‘over-worrier too’? Then there is a pair of us. . . but don’t tell, they’d embarrass us you know. How public it would be to let our guard down and be transparent to that audience who only wants to see cheery people and happy endings.

Life has a way of throwing grenades into our happy party and it’s only when we accept that with a “Where’s the beef?” kind of attitude. . . and realize that the best way to die is with a smile on your face. . .that we really begin to enjoy the roller coaster ride called – LIFE.

p.s. Thank you Emily
