Smile
It starts off with a sparkle, a light in the eye,
then the muscles begin to move, wrinkling the whole time,
the lips come next and then the teeth,
revealing the true feeling underneath.

It is good for you
A smile forms slowly, but surely,
sometimes shy, sometimes brave,
sometimes somewhere in-between.
but no matter your personality,
a smile is a really nice thing to see.

Sometimes though, when something triggers,
a laugh begins. you get the gitters,
shaking, smiling, laughing hard,
the best feeling ever.

It is good for you,
and you know what,
you should laugh too!
