One-Way Love

"Good Bye" is a lie
Can't you tell
I am just too shy
To say how deep into you I fell

There is no point to explain
The feelings my eyes cannot contain
Love rains down my face
As a tribute to your grace

One-way love is beautiful
Yet it is so painful
I die every time you walk away
And live again when you come my way

Why do you not love me
Do you not like what you see
You need to look beneath my skin
Before you throw me into the bin

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
