A Lifetime

Have you stopped a moment to calm your thoughts?
Have you stopped and look around you?
What do I see?
I see letting go of my heal
Anxiety are illusions
I see the World with beauty of perfection with full of possibilities
Dreams being alive and realized
We have challenges
We have sorrow
We have violence
We have love
We have goodness
We have joy
Dealing in the best way of possibilities
Breath of beauty around me
Breath of richness in family life
Breath of a gift in a whole
Breath of fortune of a rainbow
Breath of a blessing prayer
Positive value in the World which makes life joyful
Uncertainty of experience life’s future
Follow your heart by being alive
Live for the present
My time to live those precious things in my life
How truly blessed I am
My time to live
