Like a swarm of bees it flew
In disarray and confusion, everything it threw
From a minute virus to a pandemic it grew
In a sobre, scary and tense mood, the world it threw
But this is just a test of time, we will overcome
Doctors and medical personnel it dint forgive
Their careers, passion and calling they dint outlive
The business community and industries rendered unproductive
Making the few available goods and services very expensive
But this is just a test of time, we will overcome
Fathers, mothers and children are all scared
Contracting the disease we all feared
Restrictions, curfews and lock downs declared
Movement, visits, social life and earning impaired
But this is just a test of time, we will overcome
Covid 19, corona, rona your name it is
Wuhan city in china being your base
But in our country a fight you will face
Healing our people and killing you is the current phase
But this is just a test of time, we will overcome
Masks, sanitizers and distance we will keep
Treatment, medicine and vaccine we will get
Business, economy and normalcy we will re-get
But a million lessons about health we have learnt
But this is just a test of time, we will overcome
