Sanctuary
A window opened/
a door closed.
A truth hiding,
cowering,
unexposed.
Occasionally
a walk,
breathing truth
out the window
into the world
outside.
Only a little though.
When most talk
no sooth is said,
but they don't know
the power
they denied
isn't able
to grow
because they
can't handle it.
