My Girl

Christian Café a new dating site, met a girl
It probably won’t work, should I give it a whirl
Should I take a chance, is she thinking the same
She probably is actually just playing a game

She wants to meet, with a friend she will be
She’ll be dressed in sweater I will surly see
Doesn’t trust to be alone, neither do I
Should I look to find her, should I leave or try

Why should I meet her, it always turns bad
Also know it will probably turn out sad
Am I building this up bigger than life
Guess I just hope maybe I’ll find a wife

I gave it the try and took the big chance
Hugged each other and did a new dance
I married this girl and I’m happy you see
She is more than I thought she’d ever be

Now we’re married with our first anniversary
All started because Jesus died on that tree
For we believe in our Savior evenly yoked
We laugh and we love and enjoy a good joke
