Feels
i tried to be quiet
i tried to be still
i tried to keep my sanity at will
a minute or two
an hour too
yet my hands reached for another pill
i feared the days
i feared the nights
i feared the stuff that made me ill
as days and weeks
as a year passed by
when will my thoughts haunt me till
