Truth is Scarce

James was dead Peter was chained 
and people prayed
Peter was a prisoner for his faith 
Released by an angel a miracle
I believe 
Truth is scarce so is peace
A game of hide & seek
Nothing feels right I don't know why
There are times I need to shake my head 
Something lost in the translation I think 
when words are blurred 
Truth is scarce so is peace
Pilate asked What is truth?
Jesus said I am the way and the truth
