Attire

It wasn't that simple to love her
It asked to wear attire
Fashioned with her sorrow
I always felt naked

Came back to this one last time. This is so thought provoking. I marvel at Line 2 and the use of "It." Who is "It?" Must be same as "She." Or it could be 'the situation' the protagonist is in. Some times I over analyze poems...ha ha Still, very good poem. Love it. Thomas

If I wrote something like this it would be at least several stanza's. I've read this many times now and keep turning the pages. I admire a poet that can say so much with so little. Very good work. Thomas
