I Move On

Why did the love hammer hit me?
Who swung it to a mere brick layer?
Maybe I should have stayed single like Lee,
I'd rather have focused my energy to be an engineer.

Now there's no need to lament,
Lemmi seek love that's more permanent,
Am yearning for love that will forever last,
You were probably after lust, that engulfed in air like dust.

Now you've clarified that you married Nahashon,
Rich enough to buy a mansion,
To you am just a mouse,
Who can never make a complete spouse.

OK,I must admit I got the memo,
You claimed am not worth it in any season,
Huh,If you had said that then,I bet I’d be no more,
WelI,I guess am now stronger to move on…

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
