People Are People
Never put a person
on a pedastal.
for soon,they'll let
you down.
for their true colors
will begin to show.
and hurt you,in
more ways than one.
the admiration, will
slowly fade away.
as hurt and resentment
come for a stay.
disappointment will slowly
seep in
crushing all your dreams.
people are people
no matter who we are.
and we are only
human after all.
