Behind the glass

I did not leave 
I'm behind the glass
That you cannot see
And you cannot pass

I did not leave 
I'm still so near
But you cannot feel
And you cannot hear

I did not leave
I'm next to you
But you can't tell
And you walk right though

I did not leave
I chose to stay
Please don't think
That I went away

I'll wait for you
Just behind the glass
Until you see
And until you pass
