Now That Your Gone

Now that your gone
All my smiles seem to have gone away
I can't seem to make it through an entire day
With God's help I just may
Make through the following day

Everyday I sit and wonder why the good Lord had to take you away
I go over it and over it, just trying to see his way
but much to my dismay
I still wonder why the good Lord had to take you away
Now for your soul I can only pray
Your memory will always be with me through each passing day
Just please Lord show me the way

I'll try to go on and live my life
without you my dear sweet wife
I miss you so not being here in my life

If only you were still here by my side
I know I could get through this torturous tide
Then I wouldn't feel the toture so deep inside
When memories of you in my head collide

I have to stay strong so I can regain
For without you I must try to bear the pain
Knowing your memory will always remain
I will cherish always just the same

Life must go on as before
but without your sweet smile we all adored
I wish once more I could hear your sweet voice
but as for that, we were given no choice

He took away
Before I had another chance to say
I loved you in every possible way
Your love will always be here with me to stay

My love for you I could never measure
Your memory deep down in my heart forever
Your love will always be my treasure
Now that you're gone
