2024 What will it Be?

Well, it has begun, this First Day of 2024. For me I spent a quiet day, not bothering with the world outside with it's problems and pathos. But quietly, taking in the thoughts of what to point to as a goal for this New Year. Of course, I will continue to write my thoughts in poetry and books. But this is only me.

I ponder what are the good things that can come out of 2024 one might ask? Do we succeed at new goals of only seeking pleasure, or will our pursuits be more practical? Will our station in life change to be elevated? Or downward to do nothing to help your fellow man. Will the government come to it's senses and become stable and govern? Will the country follow the principles to follow the Golden Rules to care for one another or continue to reek havoc on the Status Quo?

If predictions were to be suggested, I predict this time will be of hurry up and wait. The second thing you do should be the first thing you should have done. But a lot of waiting for things to come.
