Ocean of Love
Free my spirit, my soul, in light to linger in peace,
Where finally my immortal soul will find release,
That my heart has so much sought
That my mind for it fiercely fought.
Ever since that day I saw you, I knew,
The soothing hail was the first clue
My beating heart welcoming the rush
As the sobbing ceased with a glorified hush.
The tears no longer tasted sour,
Blood drained out of a lifeless flower,
Stairs that led to a magical tower.
Notes of music, turning poison into honey,
Happiness that one can t buy with money.
That does not make you look back,
Walking step by step to the heavenly track.
Holding hands, our fingers twitching together,
Wanting badly this love to last forever
I will love you till my heart will stop beating
The echo of your voice I ll never stop seeking.
You have marked my heart, left a trail,
In an enchanted ocean led me to sail,
Navigating through storms, taking the lead,
Implanting in me the wisdom seed.
Soaking up in gold,
Memories that I ll forever hold,
My only love, my first and last,
Till my journey will last.
