Why Must We

Why Must We
My hands were up, so why did he shoot.
I said I couldn't breathe, so why didn't they help me.
Why must I get followed and ordered around.
Why must I get told where to walk on this planet by anyone,
when God created the planet for everyone.
Why must I abide by rules enforced upon me,
by the same ones that enslaved me.
How are we free in a democracy,
when we have to pay to live on Earth loaned to us by God.
Why must we destroy Gods gift,
it used to hold every cure,
to every disease that sneaks up on humanity.
I guess the man in humanity,
is too stubborn to see,
God loves you and me.
He gave us every answer to the people wanting world peace.
If humanity wasn't so greedy and judgemental,
maybe this society would have world peace.
Sharing is caring right,
so why do we have world hunger?
What is wrong with our society?
Why must the blind see what we can’t see,
when it’s right infront of us.
