Heart of the Rose

The smell
The sight
Everything thing about this flower is right
Feisty stem with it's prickly thorns
Delicate petals with it's so soft touch

They dance together in a field
God holding is hand to protect them as a shield
They live and they die
Some are sweet
Some are shy
A rose is a flower that loves to smile
And they may not be able to express themselves in the same way as us
But a rose is a rose and roses do what they do best
You find someone special and then they do the rest
