Dearth
In one time I live in two worlds
Each part of me has its own curls
Both fire and ice run thru me together
Broken in two I live to gather
The skins that I ve shed
The feathers that I ve burnt
The lul in me fires both ends
All this in me keeps me wilder and warm
The day it all ends I'll be farthest from all
The skies will open their arms for me
Life that starts when the sun kisses your feet
The morning brings me to the heat that I meet.
