Enlightened

Enlighten me, that's something I truly enjoy. You fill my mind with new wonders. Energizing my thoughts. A stimulant to my soul. I see such beauty spoken in words. Vast ways of explanation. They tiptoe into my ears. It's paralyzing. I'm compelled, I'm listening. My full attention. it carries me away. Loosing track of time. I stare as I attempt to take in all the emotions. They are gifts to me, and I take them in with pleasure, at the edge of my seat. I beg please do not stop. I'm so high off this discussion. It's feeds me as if I'm a fire. It's building. I'm anxious. I feel I couldn't possibly hear and than what I wanted to hear. And then it stops. As I slowly slip back into my reality. I gasp, as if I hadn't been breathing. A little disoriented and tingling all over. My mind still racing, that fire still burning. I sit still in the silence. Trying ever as I might to relive those words. The more I try the faster my high fades. I exhale. I'm at peace. Enlighten me, that's something I truly enjoy
