The World Cries

When wars and nations collide
mother nature cries for peace
when hate and love align
the world decides to breathe.

If only we unite in heart
follow there in mind
conquer the harder part
and live by his design.

This world could be a better place,
when people get along
and we could find some kind of peace
though we all sing a different song.

Here's to keeping hope alive
to finding peace to mend
for the world to live and thrive
when at last it meets the end.
