In My Place
punish me now,
for all my sins.
i have to feel
the pain again.
beat me hard,
completely down.
do not stop,
until I'm in
the ground.
bring all crimes,
back to trial.
then i can condemn
myself a while.
remind my soul
of it's fate.
it will not enter
heaven's gate.
