Unexplored

I once had the pleasure,
Of meeting a girl,
Who would twirl in a circle when bored.
She told me a story,
Of things she did see,
Of an upside down world unexplored.

On this one day,
She was especially bored,
So she thought she would change things around.
She stood on her head,
Twirling that way instead,
And was amazed at the world she had found.

She saw big tall buildings,
And wide deserts of sand,
And even a car there or two.
A mountain of wide,
And a Troll on its side,
Sneezing a loud "A A CHOO!".

A large hairy beast,
Enjoying his feast,
A strange being,
With feet for hands,
Many things she saw that day,
As she glanced over the enormous lands.

I learned a lot,
From her that day,
But one thing is for sure,
I learned that if you stand on your head,
You’ll see things ,
You didn’t see before.
