I Should

I should cry
But I can’t
I should jump
But it won’t be high
I should dance
But without synchronicity
I should go
To a unknown place
I should be
Somebody else
But I am not certain
Of who that is
I must find that person
So I can speak
About who I am
Without hesitation
I should soar
Over the mountaintops
Like an eagle
Or a hawk
But not be a predator
I should feed the young
And smile as I do it
And keep smiling
I should own that smile
Continuously
Without regret
For I should want
I should need
To be myself
Exclusively
