I

In the eyes of dim light,
She blankly stares in plight,
As she ties her crimson wings,
The broken soundbox slowly sings,
Frozen symphonies melt in her numb ears,
As the melodies cuddle her cold fears;

Hunting for the lost glows,
She speaks to the mute crows,
Another smile dies in her mouth,
For she knows not how to rot,
The destiny inks the plot,
Of the soul that existed, but forgot,
Palms flail outside the window,
And raindrops kiss her moonlit shadow,
On nothingness, she paints her sole thought,
As fate licks from her broken ink pot;

Tranquility then snuggles her dry lips,
As echoes discuss the sound of thin whips,
She burns words of her untold misery,
And walks on the ashes of her forgotten mystery,
She trades incomplete smiles for a bottle of patience,
'And everything will change,' she whispers to her conscience;

II

A piece of sound rests on her tongue,
As she hunts for hope with an empty trunk,
Her skin inhales the forest shivers,
And crackling of teeth choke the whispers,
Silently swallowling the blood of eyes,
She locks his memory in dungeons of sacrifice;

Owls hoot at her hysterical history,
While fate laughs at her thought of victory,
She seeks not the way of exit,
But dreams of scenarios, that cannot exist,
Melancholy wins without a fight,
As she constantly stares in the dim light with nothing, but plight;

A scattered flourescence slowly awoke,
Clutching her ribs and holding her soul,
Numbness faintly diffused with sadness ,
As a tombstone fell on the grave of her madness;
Her emptiness filled with the freedom of slaves,
And yet she rests on her throne, with her soul ablaze.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
