Poem

Years Stolen

EVEN THOUGH WORLDS APART
I ALWAYS KEPT YOU CLOSE TO ME
HERE IN MY HEART
YEARS STOLEN WE CAN NEVER REPLACE
BUT EVERYDAY I SEE YOUR FACE
MAYBE ITS ALL IN MY MIND BUT I THINK
WE WILL BE TOGETHER IN TIME
YOU WERE NOT ALLOWED INTO MY WORLD
BUT I WILL ALWAYS BE
YOUR LITTLE GIRL

Carol Sunshine Brown Date: 12/7/2011 10:56:00 AM Enjoyed reading your excellent poetry today and hope to be back soon to read more N. This time of year we all are so busy and I for one don't have a lot of time right now but I will try. I love reading the poetry of the many talented poets here at the Soup. Hope to be reading your poetry for many more years to come. Thank you for sharing your poetry with us and may you always find the inspiration to continue with your writing endeavors whatever they may be. Love, Carol
