Crying Silently Pt 2

Crying silently so that no one hear
The pain and fear
There right next to me they fail to see
Teardrops falling down my cheeks
Should I wear a sign?
PLEASE HELP ME
I’m drowning in my own misery
The mental thoughts I have created
have now conquered me
Every one seems to have become a reality
Preposterous imagery of life slipping away
With no one to save me internally
My soul is fighting to break free of this mental instability
While physically I’m crying
Still, again, Crying Silently
