Age

Age is not just a number
she is time with a beautiful body , soft skin and the most perfect smile
She is an athlete and runs like Bolt each time we stare too long or dare try to caress her milky cheek.

Age does matter !
Her voice is soft and kind but her actions are the reason mama decided a waist trainer could keep daddy from taking the trash out just as the neighbour's daughter pulls out the drive way.

Age is bold !
Age is legendary !
Age is a great story teller ..
Ask her about the time you were 8 months and discovered your own toes!
Oh how you would laugh your little lungs out ...

Age is tender!
Age is rough !
Age is heavy!
Age is secretive
' I still insist Im 21 '
'Yall know you should never ask a woman her age'

Age is the wine that no grape will ever challenge ...
Age is how old I was when mama told me she was sick
Age is how old I was when mama died
Age is how old I was when mama said ' Letla nkgopola ke sule ' ( You'll remember me when Im dead'
Age is how no one will ever be as young as they are today! !!!!

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
