God took back his Angel
My Angel is gone, because God called her home.
Everyday I try to understand that he needed you
It was his will, his way, his plan...
" he will do more for her than I can"
God got my Angel, before I could say... Goodbye
And although I sit and cry
I feel her holding my hand
Saying Nikki it's gonna be Aight
I am on my hands and knees begging for her to speak to me
Just whisper me something
I need your guidance
for I know not what to do, I feel naked without you
Holding on to a prayer and a dash of faith
I shall not complain,
in your absence, for I know that you are near.
The memories of you won't fill the void in my heart
but my eyes full of tears
I dreamed of Angels last night
but none of them were you
Beautiful, and flawless to be exact!
They each had a message for me
When you feel lost and scared... look over your shoulder
When your heart is broken and alone...look deep inside
When you cant see whats in front of you...look to your right
When your tired and confused... look to the sky
Reach out your hand
Then a voice said,
" I will hold you, he will heal you, and we will help you...
as you walk your way through life."
I woke up with a smile
Because I realize
God took back his ANGEL to watch over you and I.
