Cellar Door

cellar door, cellar door
whats behind the cellar door
cellar door, cellar door
show me what i'm looking for
open wide, while hinges creak
all the while i grit my teeth
cellar door, cellar door
what have you done to me

cellar door, cellar door
open wide, my cellar door
cellar door, cellar door
in your door, my name is scorned
let me sin, or let me preach
hold my tongue, or let me speak
cellar door, cellar door
make no sound, let me breath

cellar door, cellar door
the beauty in my cellar door
cellar door, cellar door
my artless craft, my timeless chore
let me learn, or let me teach
the door thats just beyond my reach
cellar door, cellar door
upon your steps i rest, i sleep.
