The poem(s) are below...

A rose from my own garden

To wish is to believe and I can't say i do any longer.
Like what is the point?
I can’t even tell you what I want anymore.
Honestly I don’t know if I am hopeful anymore. I am really ready to give up on trying.

To stay true to myself and continue to tell the truth; I think I am ready to be in love again.
Now, how do I get the person I desire?
I’m tired of getting people who I don't want.
I want to be able to choose a rose from my own garden.
